Job Summary
Territory Representative in Providence for SI-BONE. Lead territory sales initiatives, identify and train surgeons for iFuse procedures, market to clinician groups to drive patient referrals, and meet or exceed sales quotas. Reports to Regional Sales Director; manages travel and expenses; provides technical assistance in the operating room; builds referral networks and supports educational activities to raise awareness of SI joint treatment options. Requires collaboration with territory management and sales teams, strong communication, integrity, and a customer-focused approach. Salary $60,000-$80,000 with monthly variable pay; Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in medical device/pharma sales leadership preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 3 years in sales leadership for medical device or pharmaceutical organization
- Experience in orthopedics or pain management desired
- Strong relationships with local physician groups including primary care, pain management, orthopedic and neurosurgery
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with sales management and drive results
- Knowledge of applicable regulations/standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971) as required to perform the job function
