Job Summary
Territory Representative in the Global Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team covering Sudbury and surrounding areas. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems to ensure proper function and appearance; retaining existing customers through merchandizing solutions and high-quality service; providing feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation via value visit surveys; facilitating sales by recommending improvements and new innovations; completing Serv-Safe training and certification; developing and strengthening customer relationships while working independently with a flexible schedule. Travel approximately 40% and work in a field-based environment; the role includes a company vehicle, training, benefits, and growth opportunities within Ecolab’s QSR division. Requirements include a High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, ability to travel to the US for training, and no immigration sponsorship; new graduates are welcome; post-secondary education preferred. The compensation range is $58,700–$73,900 with incentives and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to travel up to 40% overnight as needed

- Complete Serv-Safe training and certification (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to install, maintain, and repair chemical dispensing, dishwasher, and water filtration systems
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to build relationships

- US travel for training/meetings as required
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of food industry experience preferred
