Territory Representative

Job Summary
Territory Representative responsible for managing a defined geographic territory, meeting sales quotas by promoting iFuse joint-treatment solutions, identifying and training surgeons, marketing to clinician groups within patient-referral networks, and providing in-operating-room technical support as needed. Role requires developing referral channels, collaborating with Territory Manager and regional teams to execute educational activities, managing travel and expenses per policy, and maintaining compliance with Code of Conduct and AdvaMed Code. Strong emphasis on building relationships with surgeon customers and physician groups, achieving quotas, and driving awareness of joint-treatment options within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business or equivalent discipline
- Currently or recently served in a sales position of a high-growth medical device or pharmaceutical organization with a leadership capacity for minimum 3 years
- Experience in orthopedics or pain management is desired; spine experience a plus
- Strong relationships with local physician groups including primary care, pain management, orthopedic and neurosurgery
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales management and be goal-focused
- Proactive problem-solving, initiative, and adaptability
- High integrity, character, work ethic and perseverance
