Job Summary
Sourcing, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier candidates for store leadership roles across the South, Southeast, and Puerto Rico territories. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers while leveraging community outreach, employee referrals, and social media channels. Partner with field leadership to understand staffing needs, provide market intelligence, and execute full-cycle recruiting including offer negotiation and onboarding support. Travel to stores within the territory quarterly, with overnight travel possible.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting and hiring Assistant Store Managers, Store Managers, and other retail leadership positions across multiple locations and markets
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday, with experience managing requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer workflows in a high-volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to source, attract, and engage active and passive retail management talent through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community partnerships
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to build credibility and influence retail leaders
- Possesses strong business acumen and understands how talent acquisition drives store performance, customer experience, and operational results
- Ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver quality hires while meeting aggressive hiring timelines and business objectives
- Travel to stores within the Territory required on a quarterly basis; overnight travel may be needed
