Job Summary
The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and leading the territory’s business strategy, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and fostering meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a sales-driven mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. The candidate must possess knowledge of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to analyze market trends for informed decision-making. Regular business travel is required, and the position involves managing customer onboarding and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a patient-centric approach.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 5+ years of sales experience and demonstrated success in B2B or a life science industry (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, or diabetes)
- Valid driver's license

- Bachelor's degree
- Possess a strong network of established professional relationships with endocrinologists and primary care providers specializing in diabetes
Additional Requirements
- Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory
- This position requires regular business travel, mostly by car within a set geographic region
