Territory Manager - Wichita, KS

Territory Manager responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clinicians to drive pneumatic compression device sales within the Wichita, KS territory, expand the customer base, and oversee Associate Territory Managers and Patient Educators. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, identifying new business opportunities through prospecting and networking, providing clinical support during evaluations, presenting clinical evidence, training clinicians and staff on products, and ensuring compliance with CMS/OFCCP guidelines and HIPAA/privacy regulations. The role requires travel within the assigned territory to patients’ homes and healthcare facilities, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage budgets and reports, and capability to lift 40 pounds and perform related physical duties. Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is required; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is expected.
