Job Summary
Territory Manager to drive sales growth for BD Interventional’s Surgery/BioSurgery portfolio in the Western Columbus/Dayton territory. Educate healthcare professionals on BD medical device solutions, develop and maintain customer relationships, provide on-site technical training, stay current on product information and industry trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs. Represent BD at industry events and customer meetings, delivering presentations and fostering brand recognition. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years sales experience in medical/healthcare, strong communication/presentation skills, travel within the territory (extensive), valid driver’s license, and ability to undergo required drug screenings. On-site collaboration with a minimum of in-office presence is emphasized; remote/field-based arrangements may vary by role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in medical or healthcare preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Willingness to undergo regular drug screenings as per customer/medical facility requirements
