Territory Manager West

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers by serving as their primary point of contact from introduction through dispatch handoff. Visit customer facilities and project sites throughout your assigned territory to prepare transportation and disposal quotations that are accurate, competitive, and profitable. Coordinate with environmental disposal facilities and internal operations while working closely with Dispatch to ensure complete project information is transferred before work begins. Follow projects through completion, resolve customer concerns quickly, and identify opportunities for additional services and long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate customer records within the company CRM and represent R Transport professionally at meetings and job sites. This role covers either the Western or Eastern Washington territory, requiring significant field travel to Arlington, Tacoma, Kelso, and Spokane.
