Job Summary
Territory Manager to expand Johnson & Johnson MedTech Neurovascular product sales across WA/AK/OR/MT/ID territories; train to demonstrate proper surgical use to physicians; maintain and expand accounts, build new relationships, meet sales quotas, and manage the full selling cycle with professional, ethical, and persuasive approach; willing to travel up to 40% and work with surgeons in OR/Radiology settings; requires Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years healthcare/B2B sales and 2+ years medical device sales experience; valid US driver’s license; strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or business to business sales experience is required
- A minimum of 2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred
- Neurovascular experience preferred
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory
- Sales experience in the neurovascular space and/or the medical device field is preferred
- Must successfully complete Company training programs
- Must have valid driver’s license in the state of residence, advanced computer skills, and the ability to multitask without direct oversight of manager
- Must be willing and able to travel overnight locally, regionally, and nationally up to 40%
