Territory Manager (WA, Spokane)

Territory Manager in Spokane, WA to lead field-based outreach with clinical partners and referral sources, build community partnerships, and drive go-to-market initiatives for Charlie Health. Responsibilities include developing and operationalizing GTM strategies for new markets, managing relationships with referral sources, leading patient/parent/provider meetings 4-5 days per week, designing engagement strategies across channels, expanding partnerships, attending and leading educational meetings and networking events in-person and via conference calls, synthesizing market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams. Required skills include field sales experience, ability to travel locally, strong interpersonal and consultative selling abilities, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom.
