Job Summary
Territory Manager in Southern Washington: drive GTM initiatives and build partnerships with healthcare referral sources; travel 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers; lead educational meetings and networking events; collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to hit GTM goals while expanding Charlie Health’s presence in local markets; leverage consultative selling, relationship-building, and strong organizational skills to support access to behavioral health programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Based in Southern Washington
- Must be fluent in English
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
