Job Summary
Territory Manager in Seattle, WA, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy, building and managing relationships with referral sources, leading in-person meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborating with marketing, product, and legal teams to meet go-to-market goals. Requires travel 4-5 days/week locally to meet referral partners, strong interpersonal skills, ability to energize and persuade senior personnel, and experience in field sales within healthcare-related contexts. Compensation includes base salary with uncapped performance-based bonus; total compensation expected to 94k-114k annually depending on location and performance. Must be based in Seattle and fluent in English.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Must be based in Seattle, WA
- fluency in English
- Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
