Job Summary
Territory Manager role based in Vermont responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy to penetrate new markets, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading 4-5 days/week in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships. Responsibilities include designing strategies to engage referral partners, deepening existing partnerships, attending and leading educational meetings and networking events (in person and via conference calls), synthesizing market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
- Must be based in Vermont
