Job Summary

Territory Manager responsible for owning and nurturing customer relationships within a team-based selling model, educating customers on ordering platforms, providing menu recommendations and pricing strategies, and driving sales growth across existing accounts and new business. Responsibilities include delivering impactful sales presentations, tailoring sales approaches to individual customers, coordinating with Specialists, marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery, managing deliveries to routing schedules, and traveling within the assigned geography to conduct site visits and follow ups. Must excel at identifying prospective customers via market intelligence, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and trade events, and maintaining strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to exceed goals. Requires 1+ year of sales experience and HS diploma or equivalent; proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus; ability to lift up to 75 lbs; strong communication and customer-service oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
  • Tech savviness – proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
  • Have the ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 75 lbs.
