Job Summary

Develop quarterly plans to achieve revenue targets and drive sales revenue exceeding division priorities. Define and develop new business opportunities reflecting company vision while building sustainable strategic relationships in key accounts with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff. Maintain clinical excellence by staying current on products, programs, and competitive knowledge to educate and sell cutting-edge technologies. Execute frequent customer visits, product demonstrations, and procedural observations to establish trusting relationships. Uphold all quality policies and documented procedures consistently, ensuring compliance with the Quality System and Code of Conduct. Cultivate internal business relationships and represent the organization on specific projects while mentoring less experienced staff.

  • Experience in hospital and office-based settings

  • Ability to face up to program situations quickly, directly and without hesitation
  • Experience building and maintaining constructive strategic relationships in key accounts
  • Commitment to upholding all quality policies outlined within the sales structure
  • Primary commitment to patient safety and product quality
  • Compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures
  • Ability to assure appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy
  • Ability to establish and promote a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System
  • Working knowledge and application of business and technical concepts, procedures and practices
  • General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
  • General understanding of business unit/group function
  • Ability to exercise judgment when interpreting company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
  • Knowledge of alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the business or technological environment
