Job Summary
Territory Manager – The Woodlands, TX. Build and operationalize GTM strategy for a new market, develop relationships with referral sources across priority markets, and lead in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days per week to uncover needs and cement partnerships. Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels, deepen penetration of existing partnerships, and attend/lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference calls. Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform marketing and product strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to deliver on GTM goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Must be based in The Woodlands, TX
- Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week for meetings with referral partners
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and Zoom is a plus
