Job Summary
Territory Manager in South Dallas, TX, focusing on developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new market penetration, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days a week. Responsibilities include designing partner engagement strategies, deepening existing partnerships, leading educational meetings and networking events, synthesizing market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals. Requires travel within local area, strong sales and relationship skillset, and experience with or knowledge of healthcare organizations. This is a full-time, exempt role with a compensation target between $65k and $80k base plus performance-based bonus, located in South Dallas, TX with hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in South Dallas, TX
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience (owning & overachieving KPIs is a plus)
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
