Job Summary
Territory Manager in Round Rock, TX responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy to penetrate new markets, building and managing relationships with referral sources and clinical partners, and leading field meetings 4-5 days/week with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and advance access to Charlie Health programs. This role designs strategies to support and engage partners across channels, deepens penetration of existing partnerships, and coordinates educational meetings and networking events in person and via conference calls. Collaborates with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals. Requires travel locally, strong interpersonal and storytelling skills, and the ability to energize and persuade senior personnel. Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 with an uncapped performance-based bonus leading to total compensation between $94,000 and $109,000. Based in Round Rock, TX, and fluent in English. 1-4 years of sales experience; healthcare experience a plus; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Round Rock, TX

- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
