Job Summary
Territory Manager in TX (Lubbock) building relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, executing GTM strategies to penetrate new markets, and leading in-person and virtual meetings with patients, parents, and providers. You will travel 4-5 days per week to meet partners, collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to drive program access, and synthesize market feedback to inform future strategies. Requires base in Lubbock, TX, English fluency, 1-4 years of sales experience (healthcare org exposure a plus), and ability to travel locally with a valid driver's license. Hybrid work arrangement supported by the role."
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Lubbock, TX
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
