Job Summary
Territory Manager in Houston, TX, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new market penetration, building and managing relationships with referral sources across priority markets, and leading 4-5 days per week in-person field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement community partnerships. The role involves designing strategies to engage referral partners across channels, deepening penetration across existing partnerships, and representing Charlie Health at educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and by conference call. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals, leveraging strong interpersonal and listening skills, relationship-building, and a proactive, consultative approach to drive access to behavioral health programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Houston, TX
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
