Job Summary
Territory Manager in McAllen, TX, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading 4-5 days per week of in-person field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and strengthen community partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, client success, legal) to deliver on GTM goals, synthesize market feedback to inform strategy, and participate in educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events. Must be based in McAllen, fluent in English, with 1-4 years of sales experience and travel readiness within the local area. Strong interpersonal and project management skills are required, with familiarity with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in McAllen, TX
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
