Job Summary
Territory Manager based in Fort Worth, TX, responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy for new market penetration, building and managing relationships with referral sources in priority markets, and leading in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and drive access to Charlie Health’s behavioral health programs. The role includes designing strategies to support referral partners across channels, deepening penetration of existing partnerships, attending and leading educational meetings and marketing presentations, gathering market feedback to inform strategies, and collaborating with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams to achieve GTM goals. Requires 1-4 years of sales experience (healthcare exposure a plus), ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zoom. Benefits are provided for full-time employees; compensation range is $65,000-$80,000 base plus performance-based bonus; hybrid work arrangement indicated.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Fort Worth, TX
- Must be fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Experience working with or selling to healthcare organizations a plus
- Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation & valid drivers license (within ~1 hour driving distance) 4-5 days/week for meetings with potential referral partners
- Ability to energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
