Job Summary
Territory Manager in Austin, TX responsible for developing and operationalizing GTM strategy, building and managing relationships with referral sources, and leading field-facing meetings with patients, parents, and providers (4-5 days/week). Will design strategies to support and expand partnerships, deepen penetration across existing collaborations, and represent Charlie Health at educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person and via conference calls. Collaborates with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals and uses market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform strategy. Requires local travel, in-person engagement, and strong relationship-building and project-management skills; experience with healthcare organizations is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Austin, TX
- Fluent in English
- 1-4 years proven sales experience
- Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week for meetings with referral partners
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus
