Job Summary
Territory Manager leading branch operations in Hartford, CT, driving revenue, managing P&L, and overseeing safety, staffing, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for operational excellence, associate support including safety visits and new hire orientations, and leadership of 2–7 contributors across locations. Leads grassroots recruiting, sets performance goals, guides staff development, and maintains compliance with standards and regulations. Requires strong leadership, financial analysis, customer relationship management, and proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams; travel to customer sites and ability to manage in a dynamic local market. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years of professional experience and 2+ years of related management experience; staffing industry experience preferred. Location-based requirements include Hartford, CT with in-person work expectations; evening/weekend flexibility and substantial field activity as part of the role.
