Job Summary
Manage territory profit and loss, monitor performance metrics, and oversee day-to-day operations to drive revenue growth and profitability. Identify and resolve operational issues, streamline processes, and lead change initiatives while maintaining branch appearance and safety standards. Supervise staff by handling hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution, and conduct on-site safety visits to promote a safe workplace. Retain and expand customer accounts, troubleshoot service issues, and travel to customer sites for sales and safety needs. Create price quotes, follow up on leads, and strategize grassroots recruiting to support current and prospective sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 4 years' professional experience with 2 years of related management experience
- Prior experience in improving customer satisfaction and driving positive business outcomes
- Experience in account management and direct customer interface
- Proven leadership competencies and experience
- Must have valid driver license, reliable, registered vehicle, and vehicle insurance
- Work hours may require flexibility and availability in the evenings and weekends as necessary
- Up to 50% of the work could be outside of the territory at customer sites performing sales activities
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds
- Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions
- Required to inspect equipment, detect safety hazards, judge and communicate risks

- Prior experience managing in the staffing industry or similar preferred
