Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for selling medical devices and providing clinical education on diabetes devices to physicians and clinical staff in Waterloo, IA and surrounding expansion territory. Candidate will meet/exceed sales objectives, develop/maintain relationships with diabetes decision makers and influencers, implement customer loyalty initiatives, demonstrate products effectively, maintain professional presence with diabetes organizations/KOLs, collaborate with internal/external teams, adhere to promotional guidelines, and complete administrative duties within budget. Requires Bachelor's Degree and 3-10 years of medical device/B2B sales experience with a proven sales track record and strong presentation abilities; compensation includes base salary plus uncapped at-plan earnings, car allowance, full benefits, and growth opportunities.
