Job Summary
Territory Manager for Surgical Implants responsible for leading new business development by identifying and converting surgeons to use assigned implants, participating in surgical cases in the operating room, and leveraging sales support to manage existing clients. Build and maintain relationships with clients, identify sales opportunities with both existing and new customers, and conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and provide excellent customer service. Role includes supporting surgeries, attending networking and surgeon education events, and occasional client entertainment. Requires a track record of sales success, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to learn product knowledge quickly, and the capability to work both independently and as part of a team while managing time and organization effectively. Located in Bronx, NY (Bronx, United States) with a full-time employment arrangement (1099 or W2 option). The compensation includes a first-year total earnings range of $95k-$120k and a second-year range of $120k-$150k based on productivity. Responsibilities emphasize direct engagement with surgeons, operating room presence, and expansion of the customer base through proactive sales activity.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years prior experience in sales with documented top performance accomplishments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field
- Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice for emergency cases
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge
