Job Summary
Territory Manager for Surgical Implants in Manhattan/Brooklyn leads new business development with surgeons, participates in operating-room cases, uses sales support to manage existing clients, builds strong client relationships, identifies new sales opportunities, conducts sales presentations and negotiations, supports surgeries, and engages in networking and education events. Requires 2+ years in B2B or surgical sales (cardiac, thoracic, trauma), proven performance, flexibility for procedures or emergency cases, independent and team-oriented work style, strong communication, organization, and product-knowledge rapid learning ability. Compensation highlights include first-year earnings of $100k-$130k with monthly payouts and potential to exceed $150k+ in the second year, with a full-time 1099 or W2 structure.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years prior experience in sales in B2B or surgical cardiac, thoracic, or trauma
- Must have documented performance accomplishments
- Must be flexible to be available for scheduled procedures or short notice for emergency cases
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales target
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge
