Job Summary
Territory Manager role with Suntory Oceania, responsible for growing our iconic beverage portfolio across a defined NSW territory (Penrith and surrounding suburbs, Mount Druitt, Tregea, Marsden Park, Werrington Cambridge Gardens, Emu Plains, Katoomba, Blackheath, Kingswood, Rooty Hill). You will identify and convert new business opportunities via cold calling and product presentations, execute promotions, manage Suntory refrigeration/assets to ROI guidelines, deliver exceptional customer service, implement category-management initiatives, and maintain planogram standards. Must have Sales experience or industry experience in alcohol/beverage, be self-motivated, results-driven, people-focused, and possess strong communication/negotiation skills, with a full driver’s license. Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook) and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset are valued.
