Job Summary
Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy to scale the SUD program nationally. Build deep, trust-based relationships with referral partners in detox centers, residential treatment facilities, and rehabilitation organizations. Conduct in-field outreach four to five days per week, meeting with stakeholders to educate them on Charlie Health's comprehensive treatment programs. Identify barriers to care and collaborate with sources to improve access for individuals in need. Collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution while working cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and operations teams. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote awareness of the SUD program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT
- Willingness to travel extensively around Salt Lake City, UT
- 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
- Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus
