Job Summary
Territory Manager, SUD in Dallas, responsible for developing a territory go-to-market strategy for Charlie Health’s SUD program, building relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners, conducting in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners about SUD programs, identifying barriers to treatment and collaborating with referral sources to improve access to care, collecting partner feedback to refine messaging and execution, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion, partnering with internal teams to tailor engagement strategies for SUD care providers, representing Charlie Health at community events and industry sessions to promote SUD program awareness, gathering feedback to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies, and working cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals in the SUD channel.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
- Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus
