Job Summary
Territory Manager, SUD role responsible for scaling Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder program nationally. You will develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy, build relationships with SUD referral partners (detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations), and educate partners about Charlie Health’s SUD programs. Responsibilities include in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, collecting partner feedback to refine messaging and execution, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, creating tailored engagement strategies for SUD care providers, representing Charlie Health at community and industry events, and working with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve growth goals within the SUD channel. Must be based in Cincinnati, OH area with willingness to travel; 4+ years of sales or BD experience; healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred; strong interpersonal and organizational skills; proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and Salesforce a plus; compensation includes base and uncapped bonus with total target between $94k-$114k.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
- Based in the Cincinnati, OH area
- Willingness to travel extensively around the Cincinnati OH area
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
- Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus
