Job Summary
Develop and execute a territory-level go-to-market strategy focused on growing the Substance Use Disorder program by building trust-based relationships with referral partners in detox, residential, and rehabilitation settings. Conduct in-field outreach four to five days per week to educate stakeholders on SUD treatment options, identify barriers to care, and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging and execution. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to improve access to care and achieve growth goals within the SUD channel. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote awareness of SUD programs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Las Vegas, NV
- Willingness to travel extensively around Las Vegas, NV
- 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
- Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus
