Job Summary
Territory Manager, SUD in Charlotte, NC to lead GTM strategy for Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder program. Build trust-based relationships with SUD referral partners (detox centers, residential/treatment facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations). Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days/week to educate partners on Charlie Health’s SUD services, identify barriers to care, synthesize feedback to refine messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth within the SUD channel. Travel extensively around the Charlotte area; based in Charlotte, NC. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project-management skills; healthcare or behavioral health outreach experience preferred. Base compensation between $70,000 and $90,000 with total target compensation between $94,000 and $114,000. Full-time, exempt benefits eligible.
