Job Summary
Territory Manager, SUD in MD/Baltimore responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy for Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder program. You will cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with high- and low-level care SUD referral partners across detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations; conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners about Charlie Health’s SUD programs; identify barriers to treatment and collaborate with referral sources to improve access to care; collect and synthesize partner feedback to refine messaging, positioning, and execution; collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion; partner with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies; represent Charlie Health at community events and industry conferences; gather feedback to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies; work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to achieve growth goals in the SUD channel.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
- Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus
