Job Summary
Territory Manager, SUD based in Denver leads go-to-market efforts for Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder program. Key duties include developing and executing a territory-level GTM strategy; building trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners (e.g., detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities); conducting in-field outreach 4-5 days per week to educate partners on Charlie Health’s SUD programs; identifying barriers to treatment and collaborating with referral sources to improve access to care; collecting and synthesizing partner feedback to refine messaging and execution; collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve the SUD growth motion; partnering with internal teams to create tailored engagement strategies; representing Charlie Health at community settings, industry events, and educational sessions; gathering feedback to refine marketing, operational, and product strategies; working cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics teams to achieve SUD growth goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be based in Denver, CO
- 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
- Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus
