Job Summary
Territory Manager, SUD in Sacramento, responsible for scaling Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder program by developing and executing a territory-level go-to-market strategy, building trust-based relationships with higher and lower level of care SUD referral partners (detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehab facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations), and educating partners about Charlie Health’s SUD services. Conduct in-field outreach 4-5 days per week, identify barriers to treatment, gather partner feedback, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, operations, and analytics to achieve growth goals. Must be based in Sacramento with willingness to travel around the Sacramento area; strong sales/business development background in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and solid project management. Tools experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven sales or business development experience
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach preferred
- Familiarity with the SUD treatment ecosystem and community ties preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, educate stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills, with a knack for managing details in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus
