Job Summary
Territory Manager, SUD (AZ, Tucson) role responsible for developing and executing a territory-level go-to-market strategy to grow Charlie Health’s SUD program. You will build and educate referral partners across detox centers, residential treatment centers, and other SUD-focused organizations, identify barriers to treatment, collect partner feedback to refine messaging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, clinical, operations, analytics) to achieve growth goals. Must be based in Tucson, AZ with willingness to travel; 4+ years of sales or business development experience; healthcare or behavioral health outreach experience preferred. Strong relationship-building, interpersonal, and organizational skills; experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Salesforce is a plus.
