Job Summary
Territory Manager (MitraClip) in the Structural Heart portfolio is a field-based role responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives within the assigned territory. You will schedule sales calls with hospital personnel and physicians, develop and implement sales strategies, analyze accounts to determine needs, identify key contacts and decision-makers, build relationships with hospital staff, coordinate with clinical consultants, negotiate contracts, and support pricing and launches while traveling to customer sites as needed. The role emphasizes understanding customer clinical needs, delivering product demonstrations, training, and maintaining clinical and technical expertise through ongoing product training and market analysis. Required background includes a BS/BA or equivalent experience with 3-5+ years of related work experience, and familiarity with interventional cardiology or related medical device sales is preferred.
