Job Summary
Territory Manager for the MitraClip division, field-based in the United States, responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives within the assigned territory. Develops and implements sales strategies, identifies key accounts and hospital personnel, negotiates pricing and contracts, builds and maintains relationships with clinicians and decision makers, educates customers on the clinical merits and proper usage of products, and coordinates with clinical consultants and regional management to drive revenue. Requires BS/BA or equivalent experience, 7+ years of cardiovascular experience with 5+ years in Structural Heart or Heart Failure implantable device sales, and vendor credentialing/vaccination compliance. Travel up to 50% and strong sales/clinical orientation in interventional cardiology and imaging are preferred. The base pay range is $86,700 – $173,300, with location-based variation. Required Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 5+ years’ of which include Structural Heart or Heart Failure implantable device sales experience
