Territory Manager, Structural Heart - Cardiac Surgery (Indianapolis, IN)

Promote Abbott Structural Heart (Surgical Valves division) through proactive partnerships with the Regional Sales Director and Senior Territory Manager, developing business growth strategies and risk mitigation plans to achieve sales objectives within assigned accounts. Negotiate customer contracts, elevate market growth opportunities, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers while keeping Abbott Surgical Valve leaders informed of market dynamics and competitive activity. Develop and implement sales strategies by determining relevant factors of assigned accounts to effectively promote Abbott products and grow sales revenue. Collaborate with diverse constituents and physicians to generate referrals, procedure scheduling, and ensure good clinical outcomes for patients. Proactively partner with local Senior Account Manager to support clinical case coverage, technical support, in-service programs, and training. Develop action plans by analyzing sales figures, reports, market data, and other relevant analytics; discuss issues and developing trends with Regional Sales Director to help the organization achieve sales targets.
