Job Summary
Partner closely with surgeons and operating theatre teams in hospitals across the North West Netherlands, supporting procedures, conducting product evaluations, and demonstrating the value of the Sports Medicine portfolio in real clinical settings. Analyse market opportunities, identify growth potential, and develop strategic account plans to drive sustainable business success. Manage opportunities, tenders, and business forecasts to ensure a strong and predictable sales pipeline. This field-based role requires fluency in Dutch and English, extensive travel, and a valid driving licence. Base compensation ranges from €65,250 to €98,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful field sales experience within a similar healthcare or medical device environment
- Mandatory operating theatre experience with the confidence to support surgical cases and product evaluations
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills across clinical and non clinical audiences
- Fluent Dutch and English communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively across the territory
- Hold a valid driving licence
