Job Summary
Territory Manager (Southern CA) with Outset Medical leads the execution of strategic sales plans for the Tablo Hemodialysis System. The role focuses on prospecting greenfield accounts, expanding in current accounts, and developing relationships with nephrologists and other key stakeholders to drive capital sales. Responsibilities include delivering targeted business plans, building clinical and administrative support through technical presentations and demos, engaging Directors of Dialysis, Biomed, Purchasing, and other leaders, managing multiple stakeholders including RIDN accounts, leading office visits and educational events, supporting product launches and go-lives, representing the Area Sales Manager in meetings, and achieving quarterly sales targets. The position requires developing expert knowledge of dialysis, making the economic case for Tablo, handling administrative follow-up, and adhering to Company Quality policy. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 2 years in healthcare or capital sales, strong communication skills, a proven medical equipment sales track record, and the ability to travel up to 75%.
Required Qualifications
