Job Summary
The Territory Manager will meet or exceed activity standards for quotes and orders, perform project manager responsibilities on installation sites, maintain accurate records through Salesforce CRM, and monitor customer accounts receivable. The role requires spending at least four days per week in the field with customers and managing up to 50% travel. Candidates must demonstrate project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with technology, including Salesforce and Microsoft 365.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) plus related experience, preferably in industrial, construction or commercial industry
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities and quickly implement solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a self-directed, rapidly changing environment
- Proven ability to manage projects and communicate key project tasks
- Computer literate with experience in customer relationship management software (Salesforce.com) and Microsoft 365
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
