Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for driving sales performance and market growth in a defined U.S. vascular-intervention territory (South Carolina, including Charleston). Lead regional account planning, forecast accuracy in CRM, and pipeline development to meet revenue targets. Build and expand customer relationships with physicians, hospitals, and KOLs across interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, and vascular surgery; deliver product education and in-service training; translate clinical feedback into commercial opportunities. Represent the organization at customer sites, congresses, and industry events to strengthen brand presence, and provide market intelligence to inform regional and national strategy. Requires experience leading medical device sales across the peripheral vascular/interventional space, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a remote, field-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in medical device or healthcare technology
- 10+ years of total medical device sales experience, preferably in interventional or vascular markets
- Strong peripheral vascular or interventional market experience preferred
- Experience managing additional commercial responsibilities such as strategic or national accounts is a plus
- Established KOL network within the peripheral vascular or interventional space strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to operate in both startup-like and large multinational environments
- Strong presentation, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment while collaborating cross-functionally
