Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for driving sales growth in the defined Food & Beverage territory by acquiring new accounts, retaining existing customers, and cross-selling Solenis’ cleaning and hygiene products. Develop proposals around total cost of operation (TCO) and ROI, appoint distributors to expand reach, manage basic sales tasks (distributor secondary sales tracking, inventory planning, collections), and provide technical support on cleaning/hygiene protocols. Engage Plant Heads, Production Managers, Quality Managers, Maintenance staff, and Utility Managers through regular service visits and targeted business development activities. Requires strong communication, presentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of water treatment and hygiene solutions is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- BE or Masters in science (preferably chemical)
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel & Word
- Learning agility and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to articulate value proposition and cross-sell across product range
- Team player with stakeholder management (Plant Heads, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Maintenance staff)
- Familiarity with water treatment or hygiene solutions is advantageous
