Job Summary
Territory Manager responsible for delivering territory sales for the Prosumer brand in an FMCG-focused region, shaping channel strategy, managing distributor networks, and driving demand-generation activities. Build penetration through distribution partners, monitor stock and implement schemes, and develop key customer relationships with hospitality, food service, retail, and small office segments. Requires 3+ years in FMCG sales/marketing, strong distribution knowledge, strategic planning and analytical capabilities, MBA preferred, and ability to engage with senior customer stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales role in FMCG
- MBA preferred
- deep understanding of Sales and Distribution with strategic planning and analytical skills
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Sales and marketing domain in FMCG
- Ability to develop distributor networks and drive demand generation
- Strong client relationship and key decision-maker engagement
Desired Qualifications
- MBA from a Tier I/II Business School
- Minimum 3+ years of sales/marketing experience in FMCG
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution with strategic planning and analytical skills
- Experience in channel management, distributor networks, and demand-generation activities
- Strong relationship-building with key customers and decision makers
