Job Summary
Manage the North Carolina territory by targeting, qualifying, and training key spine surgeons to schedule iFuse implant cases. Coordinate local hospital approvals, surgeon education programs, and in-servicing of nurses, scrub technicians, and sterile processing departments on instrument handling. Execute clinical support and referral education strategies while ensuring full compliance with FDA QSRs, ISO standards, and the SI-BONE Quality Manual. Report directly to the Regional Sales Director to meet quotas, align priorities, and provide necessary reporting materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Currently or recently served in sales territory management position of a high-growth, medical device organization whose products are marketed to a medical specialty practice
- Worked in that capacity for a minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations/standards (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971) as required to perform the job function
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well with senior management
- Consistent career history of strong, effective leadership, a self-starter attitude and team building
- Positive, self-confident, decisive team member who has excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats, as well as excellent listening skills
- Pro-active person who attacks problems, displaying initiative and perseverance in order to bring about meaningful change, and to be open and responsive to new ideas
- Known as a person who has high integrity, sound character, a tremendous work ethic and the passion to succeed
- Have experience working with local spine surgeons and product advocates
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Orthopedics is highly desired
- Spine experience also a plus
