Job Summary
Manage the Los Angeles/Orange County territory by targeting, qualifying, and training key spine surgeons to schedule iFuse system cases. Coordinate training for local surgeons, nurses, scrub technicians, and sterile processing departments regarding instrument setup and sterilization protocols. Execute clinical support, selling, and referral education programs while consulting X-Ray Technicians to obtain necessary procedural images. Meet sales quotas and drive business acceptance among key opinion leaders in the spine field. Support the SI-BONE Quality System by managing implant shelf life, handling expired products, and ensuring compliance with FDA QSRs and ISO standards. Report suspected regulatory violations to Quality and management immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Currently or recently served in sales territory management position of a high-growth, medical device organization whose products are marketed to a medical specialty practice
- Worked in that capacity for a minimum of 5 years
- Knowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations/standards (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971) as required to perform the job function
