Job Summary
Territory Manager, Sales in the School Education segment for Oxford University Press in Lucknow. Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the assigned territory, promoting educational print and blended learning solutions (Print + LMS) to schools, delivering product presentations to teachers, coordinators, principals, and school management, driving adoption of post-sales platforms such as Oxford Educate, managing the distribution network and collections, expanding sales of library resources to school libraries, accelerating digital and blended product offerings through demos and engagement initiatives, planning and conducting product demonstrations and logging activities in internal systems (iTrack/Salesforce), and organizing customer acquisition events, workshops, and training programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel extensively within the territory and develop innovative ideas to enhance OUP’s brand presence in the region.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proven sales capability with experience in print and blended learning solutions
- Experience engaging with educators and institutional stakeholders
